„Finețuri cu Dichis” este un eveniment de fine dining desfășurat la Conacul Secuiesc într-un cadru natural, intim și rafinat.
The concept is created by the Secuiesc Mansion in collaboration with Chef Adrian Truță, and offers a five-course culinary experience made entirely from local, seasonal ingredients.
The evening is designed as a taste journey, supported by carefully selected food and wine pairings.

Structure of the series
• 6:00 PM – Arrival of guests and welcome drink in the garden
• 6:30 PM – Start of dinner
• Tasting menu in 5 courses, inspired by summer • ingredients and reinterpreted in a contemporary gastronomic style.
• Food pairing with selected wines from Pivnița Savu, included in the price.
• Duration: approximately 3–4 hours
• Atmosphere: elegant, natural, with a slow pace and interventions by Chef Adrian Truță throughout the evening.
