Delivery Policy
1. Order confirmation
The order is considered accepted after the electronic confirmation sent by email after placement.
2. Delivery deadlines
- Physical products: delivery within 1-5 working days after order confirmation (or other pre-arranged deadline).
- Digital products (voucher, gift-card, etc): immediate delivery after payment confirmation, by email with the download code or link.
3. Delivery and cancellation attempts
If physical delivery cannot be made after two attempts, the order may be canceled.
4. Delays / Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or force majeure events. We can extend deadlines with prior notice.
5. Transportation costs
- Physical products may have separate delivery costs, clearly displayed when you place your order.
- Digital products do not incur additional delivery costs.

Cancellation / Withdrawal / Return Policy
A. Physical/ digital products
1. Right of withdrawal
According to GEO 34/2014, the consumer can cancel the order without any reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
2. Term extension
If the legal withdrawal information is not provided, the deadline is extended by up to 12 months.
3. Return costs
The consumer bears the direct costs of return only if he has been informed in advance; otherwise the trader bears them.
4. Conditions for return
Returned products must be in good condition, with accessories and original packaging; by law, we cannot require the packaging to be retained as a precondition.
5. Reimbursement
The money will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receipt of the withdrawal request or receipt of the returned product, depending on the situation.
6. Exceptions
No withdrawal within 14 days for:
- Digital products delivered immediately (voucher, gift card) if access has been made;
- Personalized or custom-made products;
