CANCELLATION POLICY
For individual reservations made at a flexible rate, cancellation is free if made at least 7 days before the start date of the stay.
For non-refundable rate bookings, amounts paid are not refundable. However, these bookings can be rescheduled once, provided that notification is given at least 24 hours before the start date of your stay, subject to availability.
In the case of group reservations, cancellations are free of charge if made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
In case of a no-show, the property reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay, and the reservation will be automatically canceled for the entire period.
