Website www.conaculsecuiesc.ro is in the use of the Society CONACUL SECUIESC RURAL SRL, with registered office in Com. Rimetea, Colțești, Nr.105/a, order number in the trade register J01/657/2022, unique registration code RO46238184, company hereinafter referred to generically as the owner of the site or the company.
We want to offer you an unforgettable experience at the Conacul Szekler Guesthouse and that is why we have established a number of principles and rules that we ask you to keep in mind both during and after your stay. The rules and regulations apply to all guests, who accept them by the mere fact of staying at the Pension and must abide by them without limits or reservations.
BOOKING METHOD
Rooms can be booked at Conacul Secuiesc:

PFor bookings requested during public holidays or festivals, the Guesthouse reserves the right to require a valid credit card or a deposit of the first night's accommodation to guarantee the reservation,
Unsecured reservations will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival and automatically released after this time, unless the reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking, a prepayment, or notification of delay to the Pension Reception.
The rates presented on the website are final rates and include VAT. The rate to be paid by the guest is automatically calculated according to the period of stay, the type of room booked, the number of nights, the number of adults and children and their age mentioned in the reservation.
Pension Conacul Secuiesc reserves the right to change rates and to publish special offers depending on the number of rooms available at the time. Reservations already made and confirmed at a particular rate will not be subject to change if a new offer is presented on the website in the meantime.
Room allocation is subject to availability. If there are preferences for a certain number, type, floor or area of accommodation we will fulfill those requests, subject to availability.
Requests of this kind are considered as preferences of the tourists that we try to satisfy within the limits of availability BUT EXCLUDING THE GUARANTEE.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of an individual reservation received by e-mail or by telephone will be recorded and subsequently confirmed by the Pension Reception. Changes to the confirmed reservation will be accepted subject to availability on the date of the change.
Confirmation or cancellation of the reservation request will be made within 24 hours for requests received Monday to Sunday.
Reception hours are 9:00-21:00 from Monday to Sunday.
PAYMENT METHOD
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation 7 calendar days in advance - for individuals.
Free cancellation 14 calendar days in advance - for groups.
In case of no-show the Guesthouse reserves the right to charge the full amount of the stay. In this case the reservation is automatically canceled for the entire period requested.
In the case of groups, the reservation can be canceled at least 10 (ten) days in advance without penalty, between 7 and 5 days penalty 100% of the first night's accommodation, less than 3 days in advance penalty 100% of the entire package.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 15:00
Check out: until 11:00
Late Check-Out Ratewill be subject to availability, each additional hour after 11:00 will be charged with 40 RON
Pension Conacul Secuiesc reserves the right to control the room given by the guest at the time of check-out.
POLICY ON CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
- Children aged 0-6 years are free of charge if they are accommodated in a room with two paying adults using the same bed or cot free of charge.
- Children aged 6-14 years can request an extra bed in a room with 2 paying adults for 50 Ron / night.
- Children over 14 years of age are considered adults, extra bed is at 100 Ron / room / night.
The guesthouse also provides cribs for infants free of charge, subject to availability.
The maximum capacity for extra beds/cribs in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed/crib must be requested, and its provision must be confirmed by the accommodation.
Parents are required to certify the age of the children with an identity document at check-in.
RESTAURANT AND BAR PROGRAM
Breakfast is served daily between 08:00 and 10:00. The restaurant and bar is open daily from 12:00 - 21:00.
PARKING
Parking of guests' vehicles is possible subject to availability. The guest house does not reserve parking spaces and does not charge a parking fee. The parking lot is under video surveillance.
SECURITY
The Guesthouse does not assume responsibility for any damage to vehicles or goods inside them while parked in the parking lot. We are also not responsible for items forgotten, lost or presumed stolen within the premises of the guesthouse, conference room, restaurant and bar, including outdoor areas and terrace.
INTERNET
Pension Conacul Secuiesc has free WiFi for its guests.
RULES OF INTERNAL ORDER:
Guests are aware of the following rules and undertake to respect them:
Access to the staff areas is forbidden;
The consumption of food and drinks brought from outside the guesthouse is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to remove such food/drinks from the room!
Failure to comply with this rule is punishable by 150 euro of the consumer;
Pets are strictly prohibited in the hotel;
Smoking is forbidden in the Pension, and failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 150 euro/dayof the consumer;
In accordance with the applicable legislation in force (Law 349 / 2002 amended and supplemented by Law 15 / 2016), the Conacul Secuiesc Guesthouse has outdoor smoking areas.
The non-return of keys, their loss or damage is damage and is charged as such; 100 Ron
Throwing objects into the toilet that could lead to damage to the waste collection station is prohibited;
To respect and take care of the furnishings or objects in the equipment of the guesthouse, otherwise the guesthouse will be liable for the amount equal to the purchase/fitting value of the damaged object and the labor;
Keep quiet so as not to disturb other guests;
Do not use linens or towels for: drying dyed hair, removing makeup, cleaning shoes. Towels are to be used for body use. If damaged towels or linen are found during improper use by the tourist, they will be penalized and paid by the responsible tourist. Otherwise the guesthouse reserves the right to cancel the reservation of the tourist's room and to evict the tourist without refund of the services paid;
Not to enter without the permission of the authorized staff in another room or in the areas reserved for the staff only;
To inform people who come to visit, not staying at the Pension Conacul Secuiesc;
It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, white weapons or tear gas into the hostel. According to Romanian law, the consumption or commercialization of hallucinogenic substances is forbidden and punishable!
Nudism or any form of exhibitionism is not allowed on the premises;
Objects/goods that emit a persistent and disturbing odor are not allowed in the Guesthouse;
The key will be handed over at the reception only after the room has been checked by the staff on duty.
The entire premises is under video surveillance at all times.
Parents, guardians are responsible for the actions of minors and are obliged to take care of them, i.e. to behave civilized and not to disturb other guests of the pension.
Please notify the reception or restaurant staff of any food allergies or intolerances.
Please inform the reception or restaurant staff of any dissatisfaction so that it can be rectified as soon as possible.
Guest selection
The guest must comply with the internal rules of the guesthouse. The guest will have to respect both the peace and quiet in the guesthouse and restaurant as well as the rules of social and moral behavior.
The guests of the Guesthouse must also take care of the property of the Guesthouse left in its use during their stay. Any violation of the rules of the Guesthouse or of the rules of morality and social behavior entitles the Guesthouse to immediately terminate the contract/ accommodation without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation, service in the restaurant to guests who are drunk, rude or disorderly, who by their attitude damage the image of the guesthouse or disturb other guests. The cost of any damage will be borne by those responsible.
In light of the above, we reserve the right to select our guests.
We do not condone: uncivilized or aggressive behavior, obscene physical or verbal displays, inappropriate tone, insults, physical, sexual or any physical or mental abuse of any person, guest or any person in the Guesthouse.
The management of the Guesthouse may terminate the provision of services to those guests who do not comply with the Guesthouse Rules.
Environmental protection policy
Protecting the environment is a permanent concern for us, which is why we promote a responsible attitude in this respect.
The detergents used for washing and wiping linen, towels, tablecloths and dressing gowns are biodegradable, and saving them means better conservation for the environment.
Linen is changed after 3 days and towels after 2 days of stay or upon request. To let us know if you wish to change your linen and towels, please leave them on the floor and ask at the reception of the guesthouse.
Disputes and complaints
The guesthouse is obliged to resolve any complaint received from guests within an effective time from the moment of its formulation.
Any controversy, dispute of complaint that may arise from the application of these terms and conditions, we will attempt to resolve amicably. If this is not possible, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Alba Iulia (or Aiud).
Final clauses
We consider that all our guests, when accessing any service offered by the Pension Conacul Secuiesc, has the real possibility to inform themselves, and consequently it can be said that they have taken cognizance of the terms and conditions mentioned above and accepted them.
Changes to terms and conditions
Terms and conditions may be changed at any time by Conacul Szekler Pension without prior notice.
